With our study on "Rested Christians" we reached the end of the series of weekly Insights based on Gordon MacDonald's book Ordering Your Private World. It has been a thrill to hear how many of you have been challenged and helped by this series. We are in the process of publishing it in booklet form for use in small group studies. Please contact us if you would like a copy (or copies) of this booklet.
About the time I wrote the final insight in this past series I learned that Harry L. Reeder's new book on church revitalization, From Embers to a Flame, had been published. Upon reading it (or at least the first part of it), I was convinced that it would provide a great basis for our next series of Insights. So beginning this week, you can look forward to weekly contributions on this theme.
Please keep the feedback coming. It encourages us enormously to hear that people are reading our Insights and being helped by them. It also helps us to keep our studies focused. So feel free to respond whenever you feel the urge to do so. And do think of others who might profit from getting these Insights as well.
